Add $5 per screen set-up. ADDITIONAL CHARGES - Contract Printing Only Pricing is based on inside delivery of goods and artwork to our facility. Additional charges apply for pick-up/delivery, unloading of trucks, unpacking of individually wrapped merchandise, repackaging other than standard printers fold, and multiple address drop shipping.
